I have ordered a couple of items. Will they arrive on the same package?
We sell products that are handcrafted by different craftsmen from different countries. Thus, if you have ordered more than one item, they will arrive on different packages.
I ordered a few items. However, I have received a few of them. When will I get the others?
You will receive a tracking number to each item you order. Their tracking number will be sent to your email address. In case you ordered a few products (different artisans from different countries handcraft them), then you will receive more that one tracking number.
When will I get my order?
The time of delivery depends on the destination and the shipping method. If you choose free shipping, then the delivery time may take 2-8 weeks. In case you select express shipping, then you will get your package in 1-4 weeks. If you prefer DHL Priority, then you will get your order in 3-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once you confirmed the payment, you will get a tracking number of your package. We will send it to your email address. Therefore, you will always be aware of where your box is.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Do not worry, as the product return policy covers all the items we sell. To prove you received the wrong item you need to make a photo and send it. We will arrange the replacement, and you will get the right package as soon as possible.
I have gotten a broken item. What should I do?
Make a photo of the broken item and send it to our email address email@example.com. We will solve the problem right away.

What is about the return policy?
You can quickly receive your credit. In case you paid with a credit card, it will take up to 30 business days. If you used PayPal or Stripe, the process would take 3-5 business days.
